Cancellation of appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled hair extension application will incur a cancellation charge of 50%. Deposit is non-transferrable to any other time slot or date!

Consultations are essential prior to any hair extensions application. After the client agrees with the consultation outcomes, including the cost of hair extensions and application fee, payment for the hair extensions should be made. Additionally, the client should sign the consultation and hair extensions ordering form.

In the event that the client changes their mind about the hair extensions, a cancellation charge of £30 will apply if cancellation occurs after one hour, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
